As an active subscription customer, you are eligible to create an Enhancement Request in Customer Portal.
STEP 1: Log in to customer portal and select Enhancement request (ER).
STEP 2: Search for any existing Enhancements that fits your current situation. You will be able to create an ER at the bottom of the request.
STEP 3: Product Definition Management and Development reviews each and every enhancement to assess their practicable and implementation difficulty.
If the criteria met, SOLIDWORKS will be able to integrate it in the next release.
It’s important to note that not every enhancement will make it into the software and that some, due to the scope of the implementation, may take a few years to make it in.
